Peel the carrots, wash and quarter them lengthwise. Clean and wash the celery and cut the stalks in half. Wash the cucumber and cut into long pieces. Clean, wash and remove the leaves.
Mix the quark, crème fraîche and mayonnaise. Wash the herbs, chop finely and add to the quark. Season to taste with lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper. Serve the vegetables with the herb dip.
