  • 500 g Lard
  • 1 collar Marjoram

    Put the mince in a pot. Add the lard, heat and stir until the minced meat is crumbly and the lard is dissolved. Wash the marjoram, dab dry, chop finely and stir into the lard. Put the lard in a bowl and let it get firm
