Herbed chicken fillets

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 8 Chicken fillets (approx. 100 g each)
  • 2 stem(s) Sage
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Rosemary
  • 1 Meter bread
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Butter or margarine
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS grated gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp extra strong aluminium foil

Directions

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Wash sage, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Peel garlic. Chop one clove finely or press it through the garlic press. Mix with oil and herbs.

    Spread the meat with it. Cover and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Cut the remaining garlic into thin slices. Cut bread into 4 pieces and halve. Brush with fat. Spread garlic slices on top.

    Wash the tomatoes, cut out the stem base. Cut the tomatoes crosswise. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese and wrap in foil. Dab meat dry. Grill for 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper.

    Grill the tomatoes and bread for about 5 minutes.
