Wash the meat and dab dry. Cut into very flat strips of about 4 cm wide and 10 cm long. Sprinkle with Teriyaki sauce and let it stand for about 15 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash the cherry tomatoes.
Clean the celery and chop some leaves coarsely. Shorten the celery stalks to about 18 cm and cut them in half lengthwise. Skewer the meat in waves, alternating with the tomatoes.
