Put the stone in the oven and heat it up slowly (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3). Heat up for 15 minutes. Stir cream cheese and cream until smooth. Wash herbs and chop finely. Stir into the cream cheese and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
Cut the meat into approx. 1 cm thick slices, clean, wash and slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Peel and slice the onions. Fry everything on the hot stone as desired.
The herb sauce, baguette, mango sauce, cornichons, caper apples and pickled artichokes are delicious with it.
