Wash the fillets and dab dry. Wash sage and cut into strips. Mix oil, sage and lemon peel. Spread the fillets with it. Cut bread in half lengthwise and crosswise. Clean and wash lettuce, cucumber and radishes.
Cut cucumber and radishes into fine slices. Pluck the lettuce a little smaller. Season the fillets with salt and pepper and grill them on the hot grill for about 8 minutes, turning them over. Grill the bread for about 3 minutes. Spread bread with salad cream and cover with prepared ingredients and one fillet each
