Grilled ribs and stuffed zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 TABLESPOON medium hot mustard
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 4 thick pork ribs (about 130 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 150 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Mix mustard and honey. Wash ribs and pat dry. Rub with salt and pepper. Place under the preheated grill and grill for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. In between, brush several times with the mustard-honey paste. In the meantime clean, wash and halve the zucchini. Cut 3 times lengthwise in each case and place on aluminium foil.

    Wash and slice the tomatoes and put them into the cut zucchini. Peel garlic, press it through the garlic press or chop it finely. Wash the lemon hot, dab dry and grate the peel. Mix garlic, lemon peel and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the stuffed courgettes with it and grill them for about 10 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad, white bread and various dips
