Grilled belly meat and vegetable skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers
  • 4 small onions
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 7-10 Tbsp some laurel leaves
  • 4 discs Cobbler carbonade (belly meat; à approx. 125 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 potty Tarragon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard
  • 8 Metal skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Onions peel, halve. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Put prepared vegetables and bay leaves alternately on 8 skewers.

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Grill on the hot grill for about 10 minutes on each side. Season skewers with salt and pepper and grill them for about 10 minutes, turning them over. Brush with a little oil in between.

    Pluck tarragon leaves, chop if necessary. Mix with mustard and season with salt and pepper. Spread mustard on each side of the meat and grill for another 2 minutes on each side.

    Various chutneys and fresh baguette taste good with it.
