Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 8 small giant mushrooms
  • 3 Spring onions
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1/2 (75 g) Cup of cream cheese with fine herbs from Provence (60 % fat in dry matter)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash the mushrooms. Cut out and chop the stems. Clean and wash spring onions, cut into thin rings. Heat the fat. Sauté champi-gnon stems and spring onions in it.

    Let it cool down a little and stir in the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into the hollowed mushrooms. Cook on the hot grill for 10-12 minutes.
