Duck breast with sherry-soy sauce marinade

  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sesame
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sherry
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 Duck breast fillets (approx. 350 g each)

    Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat until golden brown. Add oil, sherry and soy sauce. Season with pepper. Wash duck breast, dab dry and cut into slices. Let the fillet slices steep in the marinade for about 1 hour. Drain and fry on a hot stone for about 1 minute on each side
