Bacon and potato skewers

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 Potatoes (about 150 g each)
  • 6 discs smoked streaky bacon (about 30 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grill skewers

Directions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Drain and leave to cool for about 1 hour. Cut the bacon slices into approx. 5 pieces each.

    Cut the potatoes into slices about 1 cm thick. Put potato slices alternating with bacon on skewers.

    Grill on the hot grill (not over the highest heat) for about 15 minutes while turning. Season with pepper.
