Bacon and potato skewers

Pickled potatoes and bacon make the ideal side dish from the grill. Sausages, steak and co. will be forgotten. We have the idea for saving them.

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 6 Potatoes (about 150 g each)
  • 6 discs smoked streaky bacon (about 30 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook with the skin in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool a little.

    Cut the bacon slices into about 5 pieces each. Cut potatoes into approx. 6 thick slices. Put potato and bacon slices alternately on the skewers.

    Place on the hot grill on the edge and grill for about 15 minutes while turning. Season with pepper.
