Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Remove sausage from skin and cut into slices. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Brush a baking tray with oil.
Mix the sausage and potatoes and spread on the tray. Bake in a hot oven for about 40 minutes.
For the dressing, clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Mix lime juice, salt, chilli and garlic. Fold in 4 tablespoons of oil.
In the meantime clean, wash and cut the peppers into short strips. Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Clean, wash, spin dry and pluck the salad.
Let potatoes and sausage cool down for about 10 minutes. Mix with paprika, spring onions, romaine lettuce with the dressing. Let stand for about 30 minutes. Season to taste again with salt and pepper and serve.
