Clean, wash and finely dice the zucchini. Dice sheep's cheese as well. Wash and finely chop the thyme. Mix zucchini, cheese and thyme. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely.
Knead minced meat and egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika and form 8 meatballs with moistened hands, press a hollow in the middle and add 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture. Shape the meat dough into meatballs again and press them slightly flat.
Fry the meatballs on the preheated grill for 6-8 minutes on each side. For the sauce, wash the herbs and chop finely. Mix with yoghurt and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce with the meatballs.
It goes well with pita bread.
