Mexican nachos from the aluminium package

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 red pepper (about 200 g)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) black beans
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g tortilla chips
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

    Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Leek onions clean, wash, shake dry and cut into fine rings. Drain the beans, rinse with cold water and drain. Grate cheese roughly

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes while turning it. Add paprika and onion, fry for about 2 minutes. Deglaze with tomatoes. Stir in the beans and simmer for 3-4 minutes

    In the meantime, fold 4 pieces of aluminium foil (approx. 30 x 15 cm) into a square. Season the mince mixture with salt and pepper. Put 1/4 in the middle of a square of foil. Cover each with 1/4 spring onions, cheese and chips. Fold the foil up at the sides. Arrange remaining ingredients on foil as well. Heat foil packs on the hot grill for 10-15 minutes
