Mix paprika powder, cumin, 2 tablespoons of oil and cayenne pepper. Dab meat dry and cut into cubes (approx. 2 x 2 cm). Mix the meat and marinade and chill for approx. 1 hour
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Halve sausage lengthwise and cut into slices. Peel and clean the cucumber, halve lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes
Mix vinegar, mustard and honey. Fold in 6 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, sausage, paprika and vinaigrette and leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes
Take the meat out of the marinade and spread it on the skewers, season with salt and pepper. Heat a large pan or roaster. Fry the skewers for about 5 minutes while turning. Take them out and let them rest under foil for about 10 minutes
Peel and quarter the apples and remove the core. Cut the apple quarters into cubes and fold into the salad. Wash parsley, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips. Add to the salad, season to taste. Nude
