Red mullets from the parchment paper with thyme and capers

Ingredients

  • 6 Red mullets (ready for cooking)
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 glass (106 ml) Capers
  • 1 collar Thyme
  • 6 pieces of parchment paper

Directions

    Wash red mullets, dab dry, rub with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Put them with capers and thyme on parchment paper, press the ends together a little. Put the red mullets last on the grill (grilling temperature approx. 100 °C) and put the lid on. Cook for about 20 minutes.
