  • 750 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 Stem(s) Thyme
  • 7-10 Tbsp 2-3 sprigs rosemary
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse sea salt

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes. Thyme wash, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks. Wash the rosemary, shake dry and remove the needles from the twigs

    Mix tomatoes, herbs, olive oil and pepper. Pour into one large or several small grill trays. Place on the hot grill and grill for 10-20 minutes depending on the temperature. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt
