Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 collar (200 g) Spring onions
  • 2–3 Garlic cloves
  • 5 Stem(s) parsley, basil and thyme
  • 1 kg Low-fat curd
  • 400 g Schmand
  • 6-8 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel garlic and chop finely. Wash parsley, basil and thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Cut the leaves finely

    Mix curd, sour cream and milk. Add herbs, spring onions and garlic and stir in. Season to taste with salt and pepper
