Mince skewers and cheese from the grill

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • some stem(s) fresh thyme
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, rose paprika, pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 8 Pepperoni (a. d. glass)
  • 8 small bay leaves
  • 2 packages (200 g each) Feta or sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chillies
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers, aluminium foil and oil

Directions

    Wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and press through 1 garlic clove. Wash and chop the thyme. Mix everything with chunky tomatoes and tomato paste. Season with salt and paprika

    Peel and chop the onion and 1 garlic clove. Knead with minced meat, season. Form approx. 8 oval dumplings from the mixture. Put dumplings, pepperoni and bay leaf on skewers. Fry on the hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning

    Cut the cheese in half and place on oiled aluminium foil. Spread some tomato sauce on it, close the package. Grill on the hot grill for about 15 minutes. Garnish the rest of the sauce with chilli if necessary, serve extra
