Ingredients

  • 250 g Gherkins (glass)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 red and yellow pepper
  • 250 g Landjäger
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 8 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Finely dice the gherkins. Peel and finely dice onions. Clean, wash and finely dice the peppers. Finely dice Landjäger. Wash chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls. Mix vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.

    Fold in the oil. Mix gherkins, onions, paprika, Landjäger and chives. Pour vinaigrette over it, mix and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Pour into sealable containers. Tastes good with farmhouse bread
