Wash the meat and dab dry. Mix ketchup, honey and parsley. Season with paprika. Coat 6 neck steaks thickly with it. Mix buttermilk, lemon juice, curry, rosemary and pepper.
Baste the rest of the steaks with it. Leave everything to stand for about 1 hour. Drain the steaks and grill on the hot grill for 7-8 minutes on each side. Spread the marinade on the steaks from time to time. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle chops with fried garlic as desired. Serve with baked potatoes with sour cream, a fresh salad and grilled tomatoes.
