Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 200 g sour cream, stirred creamy
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 package (250 g) fresh tortelloni
  • 200 g Black Forest Ham (in thin slices)
  • 40 g Radish sprouts

Directions

    Wash the herbs, dab dry. Pluck parsley leaves from the stalks and chop finely. Cut chives into fine rolls. Mix sour cream and sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add herbs and stir in. Clean, wash and slice the radishes.

    Clean, clean and halve the mushrooms. Heat tortelloni for 1 minute in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix all ingredients together. Place ham loosely in between. Wash the sprouts, dab dry and sprinkle on the salad
