Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g dried pickled tomatoes
  • 5 Stem(s) Mint
  • 400 g Feta cheese
  • 200 g Edible quark (20% fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Juice of 1 lemon

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Put the tomatoes on a sieve and let them drain well, dice finely. Wash mint, shake dry, pluck off leaves and cut into fine strips. Mash the feta with a fork.

    Mix the prepared ingredients in a bowl. Fold in quark, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
