Ingredients

  • 1 kg Lean neck of pig (boneless; piece)
  • 3 small onions
  • 2–3 small peppers (e.g. green, yellow and red)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 TABLESPOONS shashlik sauce (bottle)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper
  • 6 long metal skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes of about 3 cm. Peel and quarter onions. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Mix oil and shashliksauce.

    Put the meat, peppers and onions alternately on skewers. Season with a little salt and pepper. Grill on the hot grill for 15-20 minutes. Spread several times with shashlik sauce.
