Sprout quark on wholemeal bread

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Radish sprouts
  • 1/2 bunch Chives and parsley
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2 discs Wholemeal bread
  • 2 TEASPOONS Butter
  • 4 Salad leaves

Directions

    Peel and chop the onion. Wash the sprouts and let them drip off. Wash chives and parsley, chop finely. Wash, quarter, seed and finely dice the tomato

    Mix the quark and crème fraîche, season to taste. Stir in 3/4 onion, sprouts, herbs and tomato

    Spread bread with butter and sprout quark and cut in half

    Arrange one half of the bread on a salad leaf. With the rest

    Sprinkle onion, sprouts, herbs and tomato
