Spicy filled flatbreads

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 75 g Spring onions
  • 300 g (2 large) Tomatoes
  • 2 (approx. 360 g) small flat breads or one large flat bread (approx. 150 g each)
  • 100 g Herb or garlic butter
  • 200 g ready-made coleslaw
  • 125 g Thin slices of cooked ham
  • 100 g medieval Gouda cheese in slices
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp as desired approx. 60 g pickled peppers

    Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Wash tomatoes, dab dry and cut into slices. Slice flat bread and spread all halves with herb butter. Cover the lower halves with coleslaw, spring onions, tomatoes and ham. Finally cover with cheese slices.

    Put all bread halves on a baking tray. Roast the upper halves under the preheated grill until golden brown and melt the cheese on the lower halves (4-6 minutes). Put a blob of sour cream on the baked flat breads, place the upper halves on top. Serve with pepperonis as desired
