Clean, wash and drain the radishes and salad. Cut the radishes in half. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut the orange into 8 slices.
Quarter cheese slices diagonally. Spread the bread slices with fat and cover with salad, cheese and orange slices. Mix cream-fraîche and horseradish and spread as a blob on the cheese slices. Garnish with radish halves and serve sprinkled with pepper
