Wholemeal roll with tomato mozzarella

Ingredients

  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 100 g Mozzarella
  • 4 Chicory leaves
  • 60 g Cream cheese preparation Cream stage (16% fat)
  • 2 TEASPOONS Wheatgerm
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Wholemeal roll
  • 7-10 Tbsp some basil leaves

Directions

    Wash the tomatoes, clean them and cut them into slices. Drain mozzarella and cut into slices. Clean chicory, cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix cream cheese and wheat germ.

    Season with salt and pepper. Cut rolls into long slices, spread with cream cheese. Spread the chicory, mozzarella and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with pepper and basil leaves and serve
