  • 8 leaves Wild garlic
  • 100 g Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the wild garlic, dab dry and cut off the stems. Chop the wild garlic finely. Wash the lemon, rub dry and grate the peel finely. Knead the wild garlic and lemon peel with the butter. Season with salt and pepper. Ciabatta tastes good with it.
