Ingredients

  • 8 discs (200 g) Italian white bread
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried thyme and marjoram
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse salt

Directions

    Roast white bread slices in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 8 minutes until golden brown. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Place on the slices of bread.

    Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with herbs and coarse salt.
