Flatbread with feta cheese (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 45 g Sheep's cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives
  • 1 knife tip crushed garlic clove
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 100 g cleaned cucumber
  • 1/4 (60 g) small pita bread
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g) pitted black olives

Directions

    Cut cheese into slices, chives into fine rolls. Mix garlic, chives and oil, season with salt and pepper and pour over the cheese. Leave to stand for approx. 30 minutes

    Cut onion into rings, cucumber into thin slices. Slice flat bread horizontally. Fill with lettuce, cucumber, onions, olives and marinated sheep's cheese
