Cinnamon toast with bacon

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 4 discs white bread from the day before
  • 8 discs Bacon (breakfast bacon)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 TEASPOON Cinnamon

Directions

    Whisk eggs and milk. Season with nutmeg. Turn slices of bread in the egg milk and let them soak for 10-15 minutes.

    Fry bacon in a pan without fat in portions until crisp. Remove. Heat the butter in the pan in portions and fry the slices of bread in it for about 5 minutes on each side.

    Rinse and drain the beans. Wash the rosemary, dab dry and pluck and chop the needles from 2 twigs. Peel onions and garlic. Dice onions, chop garlic. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil.
