Ingredients

Servings: 250
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 2 TEASPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1⁄2 Tsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON coarsely ground or crushed pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp parchment paper or cling film

Directions

    Knead butter with grated rind of organic lemon, lemon juice, salt and coarsely ground or crushed pepper with a fork. Pour onto a piece of parchment paper or cling film and form into a roll.

    Chill for about 1 hour. Goes well with fish, meat and vegetables.
