Ingredients

  • 75 g chopped almonds
  • 2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 400 g Double cream cheese
  • 2 coated Tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Almond caramel
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 150 g soft nut nougat cream (e.g. Nutella)
  • 400 g Double cream cheese
  • 500 g Onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 250 g cherry jam
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 250 g soft butter
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Roast chopped almonds for the Sambal-Oelek Almond Cream Cheese Dip. Sprinkle with sugar and caramelise briefly. Let cool and chop. Mix double cream cheese, Sambal Oelek and almond caramel.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    For the Nutella cream cheese spread, stir soft nut nougat cream into the double cream cheese to create a marble effect. Shortly before serving, sprinkle 1 tbsp. colourful sugar sprinkles on top.

    For the onion-cherry jam, slice the onions into rings. Steam in olive oil for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cherry jam, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

    For the rocket butter, whisk soft butter until creamy with the whisks of the mixer. Chop the cleaned rocket and puree with 2 tbsp. olive oil. Mix the rocket puree and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
