Avocado and horseradish cream

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 ripe avocados (e.g. Hass variety)
  • 1 jar (60 g) grated horseradish
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 100 g Bündner Fleisch

Directions

    Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the core. Remove the flesh from the skin. Mash with a fork. Stir in horseradish. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Finely dice the Bündner meat and sprinkle over it. Serve with: hearty farmhouse bread.
