Peel and finely grate the carrot. Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Stir mayonnaise and yoghurt until smooth. Add grated carrot and chives. Season to taste with curry, salt and pepper.
Peel and slice the kiwis. Spread slices of bread with butter. Cover four slices with a salad leaf, two slices of turkey breast and some slices of kiwi. Spread curry cream on top. Cover each with a second slice of bread
