Ham Grissini & Melon boats

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 6 Grissini (Italian dough sticks)
  • 6 (approx. 60 g) thin slices of Parma ham
  • 1/2 Sugar melon (about 600 g
  • 7-10 Tbsp to the B. reticulated melon)
  • 4-6 Thin slices of salami
  • 7-10 Tbsp some chervil and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Java peppercorn
  • 7-10 Tbsp to garnish
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Wrap a slice of ham around each stick of dough in the middle

    Remove the seeds from the melon and cut into 4-6 slices. If necessary, cut the flesh from the skin, divide the pieces and put them back together on the skin. Cover the melon slices with one slice of salami each. If necessary, fix with wooden skewers

    Arrange both on a plate. Wash the chervil, remove the leaves. Sprinkle over the melon boats. Sprinkle the ham grissini with pepper
