Cheese sandwich with carrot salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Carrots
  • 35 g Walnut kernels
  • 100 g Schmand
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • several sheets Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 package (200 g) Soft cheese with green pepper (68 % fat)
  • 8 discs Sandwich toast, wholemeal

Directions

    Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Chop the nuts and mix with the carrots. Mix sour cream, lemon juice and some sugar. Sort the salad, wash and drain well. Cut cheese into slices. Toast slices of bread.

    Spread some cream on four slices of bread. Spread lamb's lettuce, cheese slices and carrot salad on top. Add the rest of the cream. Cover with the remaining slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches diagonally
