Ingredients

  • 1 longish bread roll (50 g)
  • 30 g sour cream
  • 2 discs Kasseler cold cuts (à approx. 25 g)
  • 1 disc (approx. 30 g) medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 peach halves from the jar or 1/2 pitted peach (65 g)
  • 2-3 cleaned leaves lettuce

Directions

    Cut the buns in half. Spread the bottom half with half of the sour cream. Cover first with smoked pork loin, then with cheese. Place both halves of the rolls on a baking tray, with the top half facing down. Bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 4-5 minutes

    In the meantime, cut onion into thin rings, peach into slices. Take the rolls out of the oven and put salad, peach slices and onion rings on the melted cheese. Add the rest of the sour cream as a blob and place the top half of the roll on top
