Cut open the buns. Spread the lower half with fat and cover with ham and cheese. If necessary, bake in a preheated oven at very high heat or under the hot grill for 5-7 minutes
Peel onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the peach into slices. Clean, wash and shake the lettuce leaf dry. Cover the lower half of the roll with salad, onion and peach. Spread remoulade on top. Place the upper roll half on top
