Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 175 g Tomatoes
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 200 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 150 g boiled ham slices
  • 1 pack of Baguette roll (4 pieces; each 80 g; 16 cm long)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Remoulade
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Olives and parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onions. Grate cheese, cut ham a little smaller. Cut baguettes in half lengthwise. Brush all halves with tartar sauce. Brush the upper halves with water and sprinkle with some cheese.

    Cover the lower halves alternately with prepared ingredients. Sprinkle with grated cheese in between. Season with some salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes. Serve garnished with olives and parsley
