Two kinds of gratinated baguettes

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1/2 bunch Spring onions
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS butter/margarine
  • 4 Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bacon
  • 2 (approx. 60 g) Discs
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked ham
  • 2 discs (approx. 60 g) Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad
  • baking paper

Directions

    Preheat oven to 200 °C (circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3). Drain the pineapple. Clean and wash spring onions and mushrooms and cut into rings or slices. Wash and slice the tomatoes

    Cut baguettes in half lengthwise and spread with fat. Cover two halves with tomatoes, spring onions, mushrooms and bacon. Cover the remaining baguette halves with ham, pineapple and cheese

    Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approx. 15 minutes. Cut baguettes in half and arrange on salad if necessary

    Baguettes au gratin are a great snack for spontaneous visitors, as all the ingredients can be kept in stock. You can combine the topping as you wish, e.g. with feta cheese and olives or tuna and onions
