Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Wash and slice tomatoes. Cut pineapple into pieces. Cut baguette in half. Spread the baguette halves with fat. Cover one bottom and one top of each baguette with tomatoes, spring onions, mushrooms and bacon. Cover the remaining baguette halves with pineapple, ham and Gouda. Place the baguette on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle ham and cheese baguette with pepper. Serve baguettes arranged on a salad as desired
