Fry the bacon slices in a pan without fat until crispy. Roast toast bread until golden brown. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Wash the salad and pat dry. Spread a slice of toast with some salad cream.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with a slice of turkey breast. Spread another slice of bread also with salad cream and place on top. Cover with 3-4 slices of bacon and some slices of tomato.
Season again and cover with a third slice of bread. Prepare 3 more sandwiches. Cut each sandwich diagonally into two triangles. Stick them together with small skewers.
