  • 6-8 Wild garlic leaves
  • 1/2 small red chili pepper or 1 Msp. chili powder
  • 100 g soft butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1/2 untreated lemon
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

    Wash the wild garlic, dab dry. Cut leaves finely. Wash the chilli, carve lengthwise, remove seeds and chop finely. Knead both with butter and lemon peel, season to taste. Serve with: ciabatta or baguette.
