Mix crème fraîche, mayonnaise and sambal oelek. Halve the avocado, remove the stone and peel the fruit halves. Then cut the avocado into slices. Spread some cream on four slices of bread.
Spread the avocado slices and the cold cuts on top. Spread the rest of the bread slices with the cream as well and put them on the sandwiches in reverse order. Cut into four small squares. Garnish with chillies and parsley as desired
