Ingredients

  • 6 Radishes
  • 120 g Radish
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 30 g Fresh cream
  • 30 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 1 disc (50 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 3 (20 g each) thin slices of cottage ham
  • 1/2 Beet Cress

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the radishes into strips. Peel the radish, grate it coarsely on the kitchen grater, fold it under the radishes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix crème fraîche and yoghurt together, season with salt and pepper.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of yoghurt sauce on the wholemeal bread, cover with ham and sprinkle with pepper Cut cress from the bed. Garnish bread and sauce with it.
