Chicken-Döner in flat bread

Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Gyros spice
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Flatbread
  • 1 Sweet pepper (e.g. red)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 (400 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp White cabbage salad
  • 1 (200 g) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Tzatsiki Quark
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad

Directions

    Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Heat oil. Fry the meat for 4-6 minutes while turning. Season to taste with gyros spice

    If necessary, bake flat bread briefly in a preheated oven. Cut the bread into quarters and cut a pocket into each

    In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into fine strips. Peel onions and cut into rings. Wash and chop the parsley, except for something to garnish. Mix with the coleslaw

    Fill each bread quarter with some coleslaw, meat, paprika and onions. Arrange on plates with tzatsiki and salad leaves. Garnish with parsley. Add the remaining coleslaw

    Drink: cold beer and an iced ouzo
