Farmhouse bread with sauerkraut, meat sausage and fried egg

Ingredients

  • 4 discs farmhouse bread
  • 1 TABLESPOON Dijon mustard
  • 2 small onions
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 40 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 can(s) (580 ml) Sauerkraut
  • 15 Juniper berries
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

    Spread slices of bread with mustard. Peel and finely dice onions. Cut the sausage into slices. Heat fat in two pans. Fry onions, sauerkraut and juniper berries in a pan for about 5 minutes. Add slices of sausage and fry on each side for about 1 minute.

    Fry the eggs in the second pan. Add the sauerkraut to the bread. Place slices of sausage on top. Arrange fried eggs on top. Garnish with parsley
